Becky Skirt-Dress 148-170

The Becky is another one of my versatile pieces that serves double duty. Pack only one piece and wear it as a dress - or pair with your favorite top as a skirt.

A billowy, full, two layer skirt, or dress, in softly draped cotton voile. Both layers are ruched for fullness and flow. The top layer’s handkerchief hem swoops down at the sides. Deep patch pockets grace the hips. The wide waistband/bustline is flat in front and smocked elastic in back for an easy, comfortable fit.
