Inspired by the classic Marilyn Monroe halter dress. 360 degree stretch smocking around the ribcage makes for an easy and comfortable fit. The halter panels are lined in the same fabric and tie behind the neck. Features cute, and functional, smocked side patch pockets. Made in a cool lightweight rayon.
