A long, ankle length dress in soft, flowy, lightweight natural cotton. The dress features a square of elastic smocking in front and back. An A-line panel insert at the center front as well as softly gathered panels at each side along the bottom add extra fullness and flow. The dress is lined in lightweight cotton. Great for the beach!
