The Bella is a lightweight rayon top with elbow length bell sleeves and a bell shape bodice with raglan style arms. The bodice and shoulders are lightly gathered to a scoop neckline ribbon in the same fabric. Features a handkerchief style hem that lays longer at the sides. Just pull it on and go!
