Shipping

Your parcel is sent from Bali, Indonesia via Express Mail Services by Indonesia Post. Logistics and delivery are handed off to DHL Couriers. We ship to over 200+ countries worldwide.

DHL guarantees delivery within 5 Business Days.

If your delivery address is a PO Box, the parcel is delivered through your country's postal service. Transit time is longer than by DHL. Usually 7-9 Business Days.

To track a parcel via DHL:

Enter:

  1. 'Shipper's Reference' -> Tracking number provided.
  2. 'Date range for shipment - From' -> Date you placed your order.
  3. 'Shipment Destination' -> Your country.

To track a parcel sent to a PO Box:

Click: Indonesia Post

Enter:

  1. 'Number of shipment' -> Tracking number provided.
  2. 'Enter the security code' -> The 6 digit number shown just above the box.

 

Returns

Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

The item(s) must be in their original condition. No stains, wear marks, odors etc..

Returns MUST be sent via a service that includes a tracking number. Returns sent without tracking will only be refunded, if and when the parcel is received.

Returns from the USA and Canada can be sent to our Canadian Office.

Returns from Australia, New Zealand and Asia can be sent to our Bali Office.

Please contact us to arrange a return. We will provide a return address at that time.

 

Exchanges

We can provide an exchange for size. Please contact us to make arrangements.

We provide not only standard sizes, e.g. US size 8 but actual garment measurements. Please review these measurements. The garment should be 1"-2" (2.5cm-5cm) bigger then your body measurement to fit properly. Please check the sizes carefully!

 

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please understand that all items are made-to-order. Once material is cut and labour assigned, we cannot cancel an order.

 

Defects

If we have shipped the wrong item or there is a defect in materials or workmanship (photographic proof is required). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
At our discretion, we may issue a full refund, partial refund or replacement item. We may also require the item be sent back to us, at our expense, prior to the refund being issued. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Returned items must be sent via a service that includes tracking.

 

Duty and Taxes

Depending on the country you live in, you may be assessed duty and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay these fees.
*In the USA, parcels received valued at $800 USD or less are tax and duty free.
*In Australia, parcels received valued at $1,000 AUD or less are tax and duty free.
